  Potatoes
  Salt
  Pepper
  Oil, Olive
  Onion juice
  Vinegar
  Parsley, freshly chopped.

Boil some potatoes in their skins, skin them and cut into slices and heap them in a dish with salt and pepper well mixed with them. Mix a little good olive oil, a little onion juice, with some vinegar, and pour over the potatoes, and then strew some finely-cut parsley over the top.
